Fortunately it’s still around here. This carelessness by the Cruz campaign has given Texans a look at the lifeline supporting their notoriously incompetent senator. There is a growing belief that conservatives only continue by avoiding shame (along with consequence of course). Once light is shown, you see scattering like roaches.
Really it reminds me of two things:

  • Louis Brandeis, a Supreme Court justice and a reformer, coined the phrase “sunlight is the best disinfectant” in 1913 and advocated for more transparency.
  • The White House Plumbers show on HBO had a scene where Gordon Liddy says to “never apologize, it makes you look weak”.

    I’ll always remember Cruz as that guy who fled his state during a crippling snow storm, and then tried to throw his family under the bus when he got called out in it.

      I suggested that political candidates’ browser history should be made public and someone said to me how that would be a horrible privacy violation and we couldn’t possibly let people know what the people who we vote for really think about, for example, black people.
