If they are legal, they are required to be FDA approved and not classified as marijuana. I am also in the Bible belt for reference and anything store bought has never done anything for me, gummies or otherwise.

You can see that it says cannabinoid on the packaging, maybe if you have super low tolerance or are not and experienced smoker you might get a slight buzz, nothing compared to the real thing. I provided my research and have spoken from personal experience. Sorry but that’s not marijuana according to the FDA, and no, they do not do anything for me.

Show me an example of one of the products you use. I think you are confusing full spectrum CBD products with Delta 9 products

Trust me they have the delta 9 symbol with the thcp and everything, you may as well reference your own pictures. Seeing as I don’t buy them and stick to the actual thing I don’t have any of the products readily available to me.

Delta-9 gummies are the real-deal. I can’t tell the difference between THCA flower and regular flower (I’m pretty sure it’s just uncured bud). They also make THCA concentrates.

Decarboxylation happens when heat is applied (smoking or vaping, for example), turning THCA into delta-9 THC.
