Every thread is a circlejerk of the same 3 topics, I learn nothing on lemmy
I’ve been sending people here everywhere else I go on the internet but I regret it now, every time I log in here it just makes me feel like shit
I really believed lemmy could grow to be an alternative to reddit but it’s 100% not happening and this place is going to die
I mean it’s very possible that I’m the asshole, but fact of the matter is I do not enjoy being here anymore and will no longer be contributing
You have a few recent comments and a few older posts with downvotes, but most of your posts are overwhelmingly upvoted.
The downvotes were earned, and maybe you should give more consideration to why people were disagfeeing with you on those few topics as there were replies that made the reason clear.

Someone gave you an honest, well thought out comment and you went to “there is no where left on the internet”.
The saying stands. You you smell shit while walking around, there was probably some shit around. If you smell it all day, check your shoe.

Nah, I was nice at first but they don’t want to acknowledge the reality that most of their stuff is upvoted so this is the perfect context to mock them.
Why is it the perfect context to mock them? It seems like you just care more about getting upvoted than treating another human being with empathy.
Self reflection is hard; I don’t begrudge you for shying away from it. But don’t act all high and mighty in that case.
