Deploy the National Guard to administrate it. Armed. If Texas or Florida cops try to come in between workers and heat relief, fire a couple warning shots. They don’t do shit. If they won’t even save school kids from an active shooter, they’re not gonna stop soldiers from supplying water to workers.
