Was laidoff several months ago, I didn’t realize how much stress this caused me, now I send myself messages.

No, all the messages, and emails, and teams notifications. Not having them made me realize how stressed I was working there.
Got it, yeah being able to unplug is huge, it’s crazy what the little unread badges can do to our mental state
