There’s absolutely no question that Trump is an awful candidate and should have been hanged as a traitor long ago.
Trump is in the top 1% of “worst possible candidates”, and the only reason he’s not there as the worst… is because as hard as it is to believe, there are people who are in fact more evil (not to mention potentially competent.)
If Trump wins, he will drag this country into violence and howling barbarism, and “… if I lose, I know I tried my best and oh well.” Doesn’t convey the sense of urgency we need.
It’s the kind of thing you tell a kid competing in family reunion sack race.
If the fascist orange fuck wins, he will consign this country to a dark age we might not survive. We need, and deserve a candidate who behaves with the proper urgency and “Meh.” Doesn’t reflect that.
I prefer that over “I’ll decide if I trust the results based on if I win or not”
