As we in the US and Europe have been claiming about the size of Russian economy - it’s that of Texas, that of Italy, that of California.

Alright. However, if that’s the case, how come that US, of which Texas or California is a part, haven’t been able to defeat it?

Europe, of which Italy is a part too, haven’t been either.

US and Europe combined haven’t been able to either.

Where’s the logic here?

Because we’re not a war with Russia. Unlike Russia, we do know how to perform a special military operation. If we were to run one, it would likely conclude within 2 to 3 months. At present time we are merely giving our old stockpile to Ukraine stuff that we would otherwise have to pay to safely dispose of. Believe it or not, most warheads have a shelf life before they become unstable and or not as viable.

Russian propaganda desperately wants to make this out to be a war between Russia and the US because that sounds a hell of a lot less pathetic than the reality which is that Ukraine using a bunch of hand-me-down military hardware has managed to not only stall out the Russian advance but push them back into their own territory.
