Linkedin is getting pretty spammy lately. Is there any equivalent platform (mature or otherwise) that is a clone/competitor/etc…? I really dont want to get premium just to message people. Image is the post, on Linkedin, someone who I agree with.

headhunter used to be a real profession, when companies struggled to find applicants. now companies use AI to delete 9x% of applicants, based on keywords, etc.
Ah, yes. Recently opened a job posting for an experienced engineer position, degree and working history on the specific Thing required. They sent me the resume of a forklift operator who knew how to fill his resume with keywords to get past AI filtering.
No way can I hire him for the engineering position, but I did chuckle at his resume and share with a manager who might have a position more suitable. There is a place for someone with the sense and effort to do that.
