Why do you feel the need to hide behind the “civility rule” even when people seem to be civil. You are baiting people constantly; how is that civil?
I am not a mod here, nor do I know any of the mods here personally. They handle the civility rule as they see fit. In an effort to keep this sub from becoming toxic and lacking diversity.
I’m not “hiding” behind anything.
The modlog for this community is publicly available. Feel free to view the reasoning behind them removing uncivil comments.
How am I “baiting” anyone? This is a politics sub, and I am responding to people’s comments to me. I am remaining civil, and some aren’t.
This sub was created for discussion. And some of these discussions should, and do, have diverse viewpoints.
I am fine with people disagreeing with me. But when people get personal, or call me a Russian plant, or say I am stupid, or whatever, that crosses the line.
Calling me stupid, or creating/posting cartoon memes repeating what I say, isn’t really respectful.
But I’m not “baiting” anyone. We don’t all have to agree on our politics, but we should agree on our right to have different viewpoints. I 100 percent support and respect your right to have your individual politics. And I would expect you to offer me the same support and respect.
Don’t you agree?
