A woman classified by Guinness World Records as the oldest person in the world died on Aug. 19 at the age of 117, her family confirmed to The New York Times.
According to Guinness World Records, Maria Branyas Morera died in Spain at the Residència Santa María del Tura nursing home in Olot, Catalonia, where she has lived since 2000.
Guinness World Records passed on the title of “oldest woman living” to Branyas Morera when Lucile Randon, a nun also known as Sister André, died in 2023 at the age of 118.

Obviously I am asking a philosophical question that requires a higher level of thinking and is meant to be thought provoking. I am arguing that a person that is alive doesn’t have to be born yet. If you would expand your monkey brain the next logical step is that twins that are conceived but not birthed will never be the youngest because although they were conceived at the same time, one of them must be birthed first. In which case the youngest sibling is the one that is still in the womb, ergo the older sibling never had a chance to be the youngest.
Again it is simply a thought experiment but if you can’t handle a conversation with another human without calling them an asshole, maybe try a vpn so you can get back to Reddit.
