You have created three posts in the last 12 hours, which is the entire time you’ve had an account. Two of them are asking for people to help you make something, and the third is asking where you can get free stuff. Oh, and this post, which is questioning why people don’t like you after only 3 posts.
I don’t get it, I am asking about the reason I am getting downvoted, not if people like me or not.
I joined here because I thought there is people who are interested into freely licensed content, so I can contribute here and get to know more freely licensed resources.
Not understanding that upvotes are popularity driven might be the first error.
Make your posts, ask your questions, and move on. If people are interested it’ll get traction. If they’re not, expect apathy or downvotes. Just the way it works.
There are people here who are interested in that kind of thing, for sure. But your previous posts make it seem like you want everyone else to do the work for you, which is probably why you got like 3 downvotes on them.
I already have a lists of content that I was going to share, I was just asking the community to share any resource that they know so I add it to my lists.
I was asking so I can add them before I share my website.
But you didn’t provide your own list, which in this case kinda flies in the face of libre (although I understand your desire to put it under CC). On top of that, if people don’t know what you already have, how are they supposed to provide ones that you’re missing?

That is not the way it works on reddit, that is why I was asking about the reason for this weird phenomenon here.
Actually yes, acting like you are would get you downvotes there, too.
It kinda is how it works on reddit, though…
*Exactly how it works
Also, this is not reddit. 🤷
Sorta.

It is absolutely the way it works on Reddit. Go into any subreddit and say something factual but unpopular and watch what happens to the vote count.
How would it work on reddit if not popularity based? (Ignoring bots upvoting stuff)
This isn’t Reddit.

Do what work???
